About the Program

This mandatory 2-day course includes practical skills assessments and a final exam. You'll learn CPR Level C, AED use, Naloxone administration, and lifesaving techniques for adults and children. The training covers emergency assessment, basic first aid, and how to respond quickly and calmly to injuries and medical conditions in the workplace.

What to Know

Location Schedule

  • Training runs 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM both days
  • Lunch break is 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (not provided)
  • Please arrive by 8:50 AM on the first day

What to Bring

All training materials, including books and pens, will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing for hands-on practice.

Training is delivered in English, but we will endeavour to have on-site language assistance to support participant success.
